We want you to be delighted with your purchase. Each transmission is custom-made to meet the specifications of your truck and therefore is non-refundable. With that in mind, please make sure your order is correct before submitting it. Once the order is received, cancellations will not be accepted. If a modification is needed, please email us within 24 hours. After that time frame, no changes to the order will be accepted.
All orders are final sales, and refunds will not be issued. However, if a damaged product is received, please get in touch with us within five days of receipt, and we will make every effort to correct it.
Please make sure the shipping address is correct. Any undeliverable address will incur extra fees. Liftgate service is not included with the shipping quote. Should you require a liftgate service, please contact us. Residential deliveries will require a lift gate service. We do not ship to PO Boxes. The transmission ships via a third-party freight company so changing the delivery location and time will create confusion and delay you getting your transmission. Any additional shipping charges during the delivery process will be deducted from the core charge.
You may return a new or unused part within 15 days of the original invoice date for a full refund minus a 25% restocking fee, plus applicable credit card fees incurred. No returns or refunds on special ordered items or electrical parts will be issued. Returns must be packaged in the original and must include all accessories, hardware, manuals, and registration received from the product.
Parts used in competition, racing, or in any manner other than normal usage are not warranted for wear or breakage. Parts damaged due to improper installation are not returnable.
Installation of parts must follow the manufacturer’s instructions. Parts which show evidence of being used or installed improperly will not be eligible for exchange, refund, or warranty consideration.
RedLine Diesel Power holds full discretion to accept or deny any return.
Transmissions include a craftsmanship warranty. RedLine Diesel Power warrants to the original purchaser only any items purchased shall be covered for craftsmanship. A copy of the original receipt must be presented. All warranties are non-transferable and do not cover abuse. The warranty does not cover any costs associated with a failure or defective item insulting but not limited to, loss of use, time, towing, travel charges, storage fees, installation, rentals or fluids. Parts that have failed due to abuse or neglect, not defects in workmanship will not be covered under warranty. There is no warranty for used parts or customer-supplied parts. Warranty does not include labor or removal or installation of any product including defective items. Improper installation will not be covered under any warranty.
RedLine Diesel Power holds full discretion to accept or deny any warranty claim.
RedLine Diesel Power will cover shipping costs if the transmission meets the warranty criteria. If the transmission is not covered by the warranty, two-way shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
RedLine Diesel Power reserves the exclusive right to determine the course of action regarding the repair and or replacement of any and all warrantable products. Any and all claims for warranty must be evaluated by RedLine Diesel Power. If any claim for warranty repair is determined valid, any and all warranty work will be performed in-house by RedLine Diesel Power. We will not be responsible for any warranty repairs not completed at our facility. Please contact us for detailed warranty information.
Parts are specific to the manufactures warranty.
You must contact us to request an RMA for any returns. We will not accept a part return without prior authorization.
Shipping costs on returned items are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error (damaged, defective, wrong item sent, etc.) Shop rate covered by RedLine Diesel Power is is $50.00/hr US based on Mitchel Labor Guide flat rate times to a maximum coverage amount of $400 US Balance of labour is due by customer. *IMPORTANT* Labor is only paid out if cause of concern is warrantable. Fluids and shop supplies are the responsibility of the customer.
