Our Process:
The RedLine High Pressure Billet 68RFE Valvebody starts from a premium core. They are then completely vacuum tested and machined to the highest tolerances. A new oversized Steel SSV valve is installed. Five billet aluminum accumulators with three sealing surfaces are installed in the accumulator bores. The valvebody casting is drilled and tapped for three additional holes securing the accumulator retaining plate to the valvebody. This prevents the accumulator blow out problem the factory valvebodies have. The casting is also completely flat surfaced to prevent any pressure loss. A high pressure bonded separator plate is installed along with a billet channel plate. The billet channel plate gets rid of casting flex and acts like a girdle for the valvebody getting rid of the pressure loss the factory units suffer from. If you choose to option it with a solenoid pack, we use a brand new not reman Mopar White top solenoid pack. This valvebody is built for high pressure. RedLine recommends setting your TCM to 225 PSI max to take full advantage of this valvebody.
