Lead time will vary depending on the transmission build. Please contact us for more details.
Do I need to ship you my core?
We do require a core return with all transmission builds. You can find out more about our core return policy here.

Yes. The build will include your choice of Matte Silver or Gloss Black. Custom colors are available for an additional charge.
Does my transmission include a warranty?

No. Warranties are non-transferable.
Can you install my transmission?
Yes. We are excellent at building transmissions AND installing them. Please contact us to schedule an appointment to get your transmission built and installed.
What shipping carrier do you use?
We hire a third-party freight service to ship the transmission to you.
How long will it take for me to get my transmission?
Generally, the full process takes anywhere between two to four weeks for you to get your transmission.

Yes, we are able to deliver to a residential address. A liftgate fee of $200 will automatically be added to the freight charge to accommodate this service which may be withheld from your core refund.
CARE & MAINTENANCE

Your transmission should be serviced once per year or every 20,000 miles
Is there a break-in period?
We know a new transmission is exciting. There is a 500 mile break-in period. Therefore, we ask that you do not take your new transmission over half throttle.
